Managing Subscriptions
You may have signed up to receive automated communication from Mountain View School Division and/or MVSD schools, and now wish to either unsubscribe (or re-subscribe). Please see the following instructions:
Text Messages
To unsubscribe, find a text message that was previously sent from the division or school, and reply STOP.
To opt back in, find a text message that was previously sent from the division or school, and reply START to the last message sent. If you no longer have the text message, please contact [email protected] or call (204) 638-3001, ext. #88019 and provide your name and the cell phone number that was unsubscribed. We will provide a number for you to send a START message to from your phone in order to reinstate receipt of text messages.
Emails
To unsubscribe, find an email message from the division or school, scroll to the bottom of the email message, and click on Manage your email preferences or unsubscribe. Uncheck the applicable boxes to discontinue receiving emails and then click on Save Preferences.
To opt back in, find an email message from the division or school, scroll to the bottom of the email message, and click on Manage your email preferences or unsubscribe. Check the applicable boxes to resume receiving emails and then click on Save Preferences. If you no longer have the email message, please contact [email protected] or call (204) 638-3001, ext. #88019 and provide your name and the email address that was unsubscribed.
Voice Calls
To unsubscribe, wait till the end of the call for the prompt and press the applicable number.
To opt back in, please contact [email protected] or call (204) 638-3001, ext. #88019 and provide your name and the phone number that was unsubscribed so that we can have it reinstated to receive voice calls.
