Facility Use

Applications for public use or rental of Mountain View School Division school buildings and/or school grounds may be made by completing the Community Use of Schools Application Form.

 

Please click on the links below to access the forms; alternatively, paper copies may be requested from the following locations:

  • Mountain View School Division Office  Box 715  Dauphin, Manitoba   R7N 3B3  (204) 638-3001
  • Principal's Office in each of the division schools outside the City of Dauphin.

 

Completed forms may be returned to either of the locations listed above.  Please refer to MVSD Procedure #HC10 - Community Use of Schools, for information regarding community use of schools, or contact Mr. Roger Pilon, Maintenance Supervisor at (204) 638-3001 or [email protected].
