HSAP Registration Process

There are three steps to this online application (Part A, Part B and Part C) through Access Manitoba

 

Part A -  The Vocational Facilitator will assist the student/apprentice to create their own Access Manitoba Portal and then complete their registration component on-line.

 

Part B -  The employer will register as the student's employer through their Access Manitoba portal. Part B can only be completed after Part A is done. The apprentice will receive an email from Access Manitoba, and here will be 2 numbers in that email that the apprentice will need to provide the employer  to register for Part B. 

 

Part C -  The student will receive an email from Access Manitoba/Apprenticeship Manitoba with an attachment. This attachment is the document that requires signatures of the employer, parent/guardian (if under 18) and the apprentice.  Once completed, the Vocational Facilitator will email this document to Access Manitoba.

 

Once all three steps are completed, Apprenticeship Manitoba will review the application. The approval process takes 4-6 weeks to complete, however students can work during this time.

Important Notes:

• It takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for the registration to be confirmed. 
• The apprentice (student) will receive the approval through email or postal mail.
• All High School students enrolled in MVSD must register through the Vocational Facilitator, please reach out to [email protected] for complete details.
