If, after reading the letter, you choose to select the option of K-8 remote learning, please complete the form linked below. This form is ONLY for students at this school - if you have children who attend another K-8 school in MVSD, please visit that school's website for the applicable form.
If you do not wish to engage in remote learning, there is no need to complete the form.
