Sealed tenders clearly marked “Fuel & Propane Tender” will be received by the undersigned for clear diesel fuel, regular unleaded gasoline and propane for the period January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Tenders will be received up to and including 4:00 PM local time on Friday, November 30, 2018. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Tender specifications and forms may be obtained below. To be considered, the tenders must be submitted on the printed forms and in accordance with the conditions set forth. Tenders will include pricing with all applicable fees/discounts. Where prices are expected to fluctuate during the tender period, the submission will detail how the components of their fuel price will fluctuate.
